Casting process
The Company's products adopt advanced alkaline phenolic resin sand production technology, we are equipped with intermediate frequency furnaces(1 set of 6 tons, 2sets of 3 tons, and 1 set of 1ton), gas heat treatment furnaces( a set of 50 tons and 1 set of 20 tons), and resistance heat treatment furnaces(2 sets of 10 tons). We also have modern testing and material testing equipment, such as direct-reading spectrum analyzer, metallographic analyzer, mechanical testing equipment ,low-temperature impact testing equipment, and MT, PT, UT, RT, and other comprehensive testing equipment. The castings are analyzed and tested by professional inspection personnel to meet the customer requirements for the quality of castings.
